Ava Claussen-Tubbs

Ava graduated summa cum laude from Cornell College in May of 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and applied statistics, where she was also a national-qualifying track and field athlete, vocal music scholar, and was elected to the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Ava handles all aspects of digital, print and media marketing for GLD Commercial, its individual brokers and listed commercial properties. She also oversees and administers the company website, all events, market reports, and social media accounts.

When Ava isn’t at GLD, you’ll likely find her running, playing sand volleyball, working on a creative project, or sitting at a coffee shop.
